One of the "foot" (note: only cut one side). Then lift the knot with the left hand tweezers and pull the cut side out of the skin.

In general, the lines in the skin are relatively sterile, so cut the line as short as possible, and then disinfect it once with alcohol, it may be a little painful. It is recommended to buy erythromycin eye ointment to apply the wound, because the tunnel of the line needs to be anti-inflammatory and prevent infection.
