Main Product Features
1. The surface of the suture needle should be smooth and uniform in color, with no hooks at the tip. The needle hole and needle groove should be smooth and centered, without burrs or obvious skewing. After the suture needle is connected to the suture thread , the needle tail should be smooth and free of burrs.
2. The sutures should be smooth, evenly spaced, free of stains and knots. If the sutures contain a needle, the connection between the needle and thread should be smooth and free of burrs .
3. The length of the sutures should not exceed 5.5m and should not be less than 95% of the indicated length .
4. The product shall be provided in a sterile form. The residual ethylene oxide content of the suture shall not exceed 250 μg/g , the residual ethylene oxide content of the suture needle shall not exceed 10 μg/g , and the residual ethylene oxide content of the fixation clip shall not exceed 10 μg/g .
Structural Composition:
This product comes in two versions: with and without needles. The suture with needles consists of a medical-grade suture needle and a nickel-titanium shape memory alloy suture , with a retaining clip. The suture needle is made of medical-grade stainless steel ( 30Cr13 ); the suture is made of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy wire, and the retaining clip is made of uncoated polypropylene . It is sterilized with ethylene oxide and is for single use only.

Used for suturing human skin .
How to Use
1. Select the appropriate suture specification according to the needs of the surgery;
2. Check if the product packaging is intact and if it is within its expiration date;
3. Take out the suture thread and clamp from the packaging. Use needle holders to hold the suture needle. To avoid damaging the needle tip and the connection between the needle and thread, hold the needle at one-third ( 1/3 ) to one-half ( 1/2 ) of the distance between the needle tail and the needle tip.
4. Before suturing, fasten the suture with a clamp 2.0cm from the end of the suture line . Perform continuous intradermal suturing in an S- shaped pattern. When suturing at the wound site, if twisting occurs, straighten the suture before continuing to suture. After suturing, fix the end of the suture with a clamp and cut off the excess suture and needle 2.0cm away from the clamp.
5. When removing the suture, cut off the retaining clip, use needle pliers to clamp one end of the wire and pull it out along the axis of the blade.
Contraindications:
This product is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to it, and should be used with caution in individuals with allergic constitutions.
This product is only suitable for suturing human skin and not for suturing other tissues or organs.
Precautions:
1. For single use only. Do not use if the smallest package is damaged; dispose of it properly.
2. Do not use expired products .
3. When handling sutures with tweezers or a needle holder, avoid squeezing or curling the sutures. Squeezing or curling the sutures may adversely affect their tensile strength.
Warnings and Reminders:
Since the sutures are non-absorbable, they are removed 7 days after tissue suturing .
Sterilization:
This product has been sterilized with ethylene oxide and cannot be sterilized again .
Storage and Transportation Conditions:
This product should be stored indoors at a temperature below 25℃ , humidity below 80% , free of corrosive gases, and in a well-ventilated area. During transportation, the product should be protected from heavy pressure, direct sunlight , and rain.
